1. Services Provided

Shiplogitex is a U.S.-based international shipping and freight services company. We provide:

• Ocean freight (FCL & LCL) and air freight services.

• Express deliveries and economy freight options.

• Customs clearance and documentation support.

• LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) and palletized freight handling.

• Door-to-door, airport-to-airport, and airport-to-door logistics.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All pricing is based on the shipment details provided by the customer.

• Final costs may vary depending on actual weight, dimensions, customs duties, taxes, or surcharges.

• USC Shipping ensures transparent pricing with no hidden fees; however, unforeseen government charges or third-party fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Booking & Payments

• Bookings must be confirmed in writing or via our online booking system.

• Full or partial payment must be made according to the agreed terms.

• Delayed or incomplete payments may result in shipment delays or cancellation.

4. Customs Clearance & Compliance

• Shiplogitex assists with customs documentation and clearance.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and documents.

• Any fines, penalties, or shipment delays caused by incorrect or incomplete documents will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Insurance & Liability

• Unless otherwise arranged, shipments are transported at the customer’s risk.

• Insurance coverage is available upon request and must be arranged prior to shipment.

• Shiplogitex is not liable for delays or damages caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs inspections, or events beyond our control.

6. Prohibited & Restricted Goods

Customers must not ship:

• Illegal items, hazardous materials, or restricted goods (such as weapons, drugs, counterfeit items, etc.).

• Items restricted by the laws of the United States or the destination country.

Failure to comply may result in shipment seizure, fines, or legal action.

7. Delivery & Transit Times

• Transit times (e.g., 5–6 days for Express, 2–5 days for Economy) are estimates and may vary.

• Shiplogitex is not liable for delays caused by customs, airline or ocean carrier issues, or force majeure events.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be requested in writing.

• Fees may apply if services have already been initiated.

• Refund eligibility depends on the stage of shipment processing and carrier policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Shiplogitex’s liability is limited to the direct value of the freight services provided.

• We are not responsible for consequential, indirect, or business losses resulting from shipment delays or issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under U.S. jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms
